La Sierra

Love this place! Great family atmosphere, service is crazy fast and friendly, and the food is simply great. The chips n salsa are awesome…almost worth the visit alone! Dunno about the few negative reviews, but I go out of my way to visit La Sierra anytime I am remotely close. ????????

This La Sierra restaurant was amazing, getting there one instantly noticed the friendly environment one was in, and the staff was just phenomenal, friendly and of assistance as one can only hope for. They have an extensive range of selections on their menu, and the foods we had tasted awesome and very delightful. Tho this restaurant was definitely on the more expensive side of places we have eaten at, it was definitely one of the best in Payson Arizona. Highly recommended.

The tables, chairs and benches are all painted differently which is cool! The place was full of patrons and service was still quick. Light lunch of enchiladas, rice and beans. Meal came with chips and salsa. Check it out and see what you think! ???? Blessings

Good food and cold beer st inexpensive price. Would definitely go again. Had cheese crisp, green chili burro enchilada style, enchiladas and tacos. We enjoyed our 'feast:!!

Delicious Mexican food!! Found this restaurant on a google search as we were passing through on our way home. So glad we tried it! We ordered the 'Dish La Sierra' with chicken. It was so amazing! My husband and I shared it and took half of it home for another meal! You won't be disappointed. The only thing they did wrong was refill my Sprite with water - but it's an understandable mistake. (thus the 4 star for service)

The chips and salsa were the BEST, delicious, homemade, and fresh. It’s not something I usually eat but wished we had more! The Taquitos La Sierra with shredded beef had excellent flavor. They were larger in diameter,very juicy, and made with flour tortillas which was not what I expected but the flavor was outstanding. The bean burritos were also excellent. Not good traveling in the car food due to juicy and runny sauces and flavors, but worth it for the flavor!

This was our 2nd time here. We live in Queencreek, Az and drove 1.5 hours to bring our exchange student from Spain to have her last restaurant dinner. We chose La Sierra Mexican Restaurant because we loved it the first time we came. Aside from all of this, my youngest daughter wasn’t feeling too well. She had an incident and all the employees were so attentive and caring with their help offers. Thank you all so much for a wonderful time and thank you for helping my daughter.

Inviting atmosphere, VERY friendly service. Food was good. I would say great for the area. Margaritas were good and strong. Prices are a little high but to be expected. Would visit again.

Appears to be locally owned and I think the owner was there. Service is good. They were very busy, with food coming out of the kitchen in a good flow. We had chicken enchiladas combo (#23) and they were great. They will add an egg if you ask. Great local place, family owned.
